The Phoenixville Police Department shared the sad news of Officer Arthur “Art” Scena IV's passing on Oct. 28. Art had been a dedicated member of the Police force since 2019 and served in law enforcement for 14 years. Congratulations to two of our volunteers who graduated from the Montgomery County Fire Academy Tuesday evening after completing the Pennsylvania Entry Level Firefighter Training Program. The course totaled over 180 hours of classroom, hands on skills and testing.
