The Phoenixville Police Department shared the sad news of Officer Arthur “Art” Scena IV's passing on Oct. 28. Congratulations to two of our volunteers who graduated from the Montgomery County Fire Academy Tuesday evening after completing the Pennsylvania Entry Level Firefighter Training Program.
