The Phoenixville Police Department shared the sad news of Officer Arthur “Art” Scena IV's passing on Oct. 28. Art had been a dedicated member of the Police force since 2019 and served in law enforcement for 14 years. He tragically lost his life in a crash while returning home from a fellow officer's funeral.

The officers and members of the Black Rock Volunteer Fire Company wish to express our deepest condolences to Art's family, friends, colleagues, and the law enforcement community during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Officer Scena
